For high blood pressure, circulation, high cholesterol
Pressure promotes the proper function of the circulation, allowing for maintenance of appropriate blood pressure and lower cholesterol levels.
Ingredients: Juarumo, Garlic and Cho Cho extracted in Organic Cane Alcohol and distilled water.
Pressure Herbal tinctures (actual, concentrated liquid herbal extracts) are generally used extensively in alternative medicine.
These are preparations of plants (or parts of plants) in a water & alcohol mixture of various ratios and have high bioavailability (quantity of the dose that is absorbed and made available).
We use dry – or fresh herbs depending on the preparation.
There is no heating involved in the process of making tinctures; only cold extraction and purification are involved.
The alcohol content is at least 45% of the tincture, so it can be kept for 5 years (or more) after the date of manufacturing.
Most, but not all, preparations are in 1:4 strength; that means 1 part herbs against 4 parts solvent (water + alcohol).
All the botanicals we use in the process are wild harvested in the Belizean Rainforest by Mayans and 100% organic. This means that they are free of contaminants, such as synthetic fertilizers, pesticides, herbicides, preservatives, GMO’S (genetically modified organisms) and animal products.
We use USP grade (United States Pharmacopeia), naturally derived organic cane alcohol (190 proof) and distil water.
The menstruum (solvent) composition and strength can vary for different applications.
This solvent concentrates the phytochemicals present in the plant.
Our herbal tinctures (made from tropical medicinal plants), stand for at least 3 months and are shaken 5 times a day, before being filtered and bottled.
Tinctures from plants are fast acting (they are easily assimilated by the body) and powerful!
They are easier to use, simply add 2 ounce water. Tinctures are better assimilated and the solvent used is the safest and the most effective method of extracting the phyto-chemicals from the herbs, rhizomes and other plant parts.
HOW TO TAKE OUR TINCTURES
Herbal tinctures help solve the problems involved with rapid medicine delivery and consistent dosing.
Although absorption by the arterial blood supply under the tongue (sublingual) is completed in mere seconds; taking it this way has proven to be too harsh for many people.
Taking the tincture on an empty stomach just before meals with some water is a better way to go; the tincture is not necessarily more effective on an empty stomach, but absorption into the bloodstream will be much faster if taken without food.
Also, food in the stomach significantly reduces the amount of medicine that passes into the bloodstream.
Caution: Not to be taken in conjunction with blood pressure medication.
Hypertension (high blood pressure) often goes unnoticed and if left untreated, can rise to even higher levels. This can lead to other ailments such as kidney failure, heart disease, stroke and cardiovascular disease.
It is a serious condition affecting over 50 million people in the USA alone.
Although the underlying cause of hypertension still largely remains unknown, the chance of developing high blood pressure is due to certain factors.
When the cause is unknown we refer to primary (essential) hypertension, if the cause is known, we talk about secondary (treatable) hypertension.
Heredity, gender, age, obesity, diet style, alcoholic consumption and inactive lifestyle are the main causes.
Blood pressure is the natural pressure caused by blood pumping through the arteries and veins in the human body.
This pressure is measured in millimeter mercury pressure
(mm. Hg) and is reported by two numbers.
The top – or first number represents the number when the heart beats, pumping blood in the arteries (highest pressure).
It is called systolic reading.
The bottom – or second number is the number when the heart is at rest between beats; this is called the diastolic reading (pressure drops to its lowest point).
Every one experiences fluctuations in their blood pressure but hypertension is diagnosed when the blood pressure rises to levels that are potentially dangerous.

Dietary Approach
Most people who have hypertension can normalize their blood pressure.
Actually this means a change in lifestyle; going on a crash diet only works for so long.
Life-style plays a very important role in causing and maintaining hypertension.
It is quite well possible to treat high blood pressure without drugs.
A healthy diet, low in fat – and fat dairy foods, high in vegetables, fruits and fiber can lower the blood pressure in a short time.
Include also fresh garlic or onions in your diet; it has many benefits. Among other things, it lowers blood pressure.
When using fats, use mono – saturated fats such as olive – and sesame oil.
Other factors in a dietary approach are a healthy weight, foods low in salt (max. 2 grams of sodium/day)*, no – or moderate alcohol use.
A well balanced diet, low in carbohydrates (carbs), should have all the minerals and vitamins the body needs.
Combined with (strenuous) exercise, this can give astounding results.
If necessary, herbal dietary supplements can be taken to help lower blood pressure to safe levels.
Avoid red meat and purine–rich foods; they can raise the uric acid level which drives up the blood pressure. Also avoid sugar, which drives up the uric acid level even more.
Uric acid increases the blood pressure.
